承德市产权交易服务中心是经承德市人民政府 批准设立的产权交易机构，成立于2002年11月， 为全额拨款事业单位。中心共有员工12名，其中： 中级职称3人，初级职称2人。 中心自成立以来，始终把学政策、学业务放在 首要位置来抓，认真领会国务院、中纪委、省财政 厅等关于产权交易的政策、法规及操作程序的规 定，并把它作为主线贯穿于实际工作中，使工作的 开展有法可依、有政策可循，为使国有资产的合理 流动，防止暗箱操作起到了保障作用。迄今为止， 共完成产权交易50宗，盘活资产13亿元。 Chengde City Property Rights Exchange Service Center is a property rights trading institution approved by Chengde Municipal People’s Government.
