我厂大批量生产拖拉机配件,由于检测手段不正确影响了产品质量,造成使用中的故障。例如东方红75马力拖拉机支重轮密封环,过去生产根据计算槽深尺寸(2～1.57mm),在外径尺寸合格时,用游标卡尺检测槽深,实际上保证不了底径的尺寸,为此我设计制作了密封环槽卡规,如图2所示。其调整使用介绍如下:按照底径最大尺寸φ80.35、最小尺寸φ79.90各做一个校对棒,来校准卡规通、止端,调整时旋进旋出调整螺钉,手感合适即可,这样
