患者,女,51岁,因四肢乏力半年,抽搐2d入院。患者半年前开始出现反复四肢乏力,伴有全身麻木,2d前再次出现四肢乏力,伴手指麻木,后出现双手指持续性抽搐,伴全身发硬,无意识不清、口吐白沫,无大小便失禁。送入我院急诊,查血钾1.31mmol/L,钙1.77mmol/L,镁1.05mmol/L,收入我科。患者既往有高血压病史2年,血压最高190/100mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa),血压升高 The patient, female, 51 years old, was hospitalized for 2 days because of weakness in the limbs for 2 years. Into our hospital emergency, check serum potassium 1.31mmol / L, calcium 1.77mmol / L, magnesium 1.05mmol / L, income in our department.
