自第一炼钢分厂实现全连铸以来,生产节奏不断加快,而转炉、精炼炉冶炼的钢种化学成分结果信息反馈速度太慢,严重制约着炼钢的生产连续性和钢种成分命中率。反映最突出的是钢种的质量,而原有的化学成分传输方法已不能满足炼钢生产的要求。为了满足炼钢生产的要求,98年7月份邯钢自动化部与北京中机浦发工贸有限公司开发了基于PROFIBUS工业现场总线技术的化验室计算机数据传输系统(数据控制网)。在双方的共同努力下,经过反复调试、改进,化验成分数据传输计算机控制网调试成功。目前,该系统运行正常。钢种成分传输速度小于0.1秒,准确率为100%。从而改善了炼钢外围条件,提高了钢种命中率,保证了炼钢生产的连续
