目的分析与探讨佛山市小型民营木质家具制造企业职业病危害因素的浓(强)度、分布及作业分级,为企业职业病防护提供依据。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查、工作场所职业病危害因素监测、工作场所职业病危害作业分级相结合的方法进行分析。结果该类型企业工作场所木粉尘总尘浓度0.7~30.3 mg/m3,超标率为18.5%;苯、甲苯、二甲苯浓度未发现超标点,1,2-二氯乙烷最高浓度为8.1 mg/m3,超标率为3.6%;等效噪声声级为68.3~112.5 d B(A),超标率56.4%。结论该类企业木粉尘、噪声危害较为突出,需要企业及相关政府监管部门进一步采取综合治理措施,减轻职业病危害因素对工人的影响。
Objective To analyze and discuss the concentration (intensity), distribution and operation classification of occupational hazards in small private wood furniture manufacturing enterprises in Foshan City, and provide basis for enterprise occupational disease protection. Methods The methods of on-site occupational hygiene investigation, monitoring of occupational hazards in the workplace and occupational hazards in the workplace were combined. Results The total dust concentration of wood dust in the workplace of this type of enterprise was 0.7-30.3 mg / m3 and the exceeding standard rate was 18.5%. The concentrations of benzene, toluene and xylene were not exceeded. The highest concentration of 1,2-dichloroethane was 8.1 mg / m3, exceeding the standard rate of 3.6%; equivalent noise level of 68.3 ~ 112.5 d B (A), exceeding the standard rate of 56.4%. Conclusion The wood dust and noise hazards of such enterprises are more conspicuous. Enterprises and relevant government regulatory agencies are required to take further comprehensive measures to reduce the impact of occupational hazards on workers.
