去年九月底,建筑工程部在上海召开了蒸养粉煤灰混凝土砌块(卽蒸养粉煤灰硅酸盐砌块)的技术鉴定会议。經过鉴定委員会鉴定,认为这种新材料是目前代替粘土砖作墙砌体的一种較好的材料,在二等和二等以下房屋建筑中采用是可以的。会議还总結了上海建筑部門和全国其它地方,几年来在試驗推广蒸养粉煤灰混凝土砌块方面的試驗成果和生产实践經驗,并提出了較为系統完整的专題資料,相应地制訂了蒸养粉煤灰混凝土砌块的設計、生产、施工方面的試行规程和技术标准。这都为各地今后推广这种新材料提供了宝貴的經驗和重要的依据。生产和推广使用蒸养粉煤灰混凝土砌块,不仅有較大的經济价值,而且有重大的政治意义。首先,它为綜合利用和大量处理城市工业废料开辟了道路。大量利用粉煤灰、炉渣制造这种砌块,可以节約国家在处理工业废料方面的投資,变城市的有害物质为有用物质。其次,推广使用这种砌块来代替粘土砖,就可以緩和基本建設用砖供不应求的矛盾;而且可以节約大量土地;更由于砌块的生产效率比制砖的生产效率高出一倍以上,也可以
At the end of September last year, the Ministry of Construction and Engineering held a technical appraisal meeting for steamed fly ash concrete blocks (steamed fly ash silicate blocks) in Shanghai. After the appraisal committee identified that this new material is currently a better material to replace the clay brick for wall masonry, it can be used in second- and second-class or less houses.
