CO锅炉蒸发器运行状况的好坏,不仅影响产汽量,而且还影响过热段使用寿命。原蒸发器炉管材质为20G/GB5310,达到材质劣化变形的最高温度为400℃左右,而通过蒸发器的高温烟气为500℃以上,炉管稍有缺水,就容易造成炉管因高温缺水碳化,从而造成泄漏;同时,炉管集箱走水采用同一端进水、出水,极易造成另一端炉管抢水现象。蒸发器炉管改造为Φ38×4无缝钢管,材质为12Gr1MoV高温合金钢,避免缺水发生过烧现象,又对蒸发器的进、出水流程进行了优化,由原来的同一端进水、出水改进为两端进水,中间出水,保证炉管内水流均匀,蒸发良好。同时,为保证蒸发器水流均匀,蒸发段水量要大于65m3/h,过热段不低于35m3/h,通过以上改进和改造,不仅提高了产汽量,也保证了CO锅炉平稳操作。
