【目的】明确来源不同辣椒砧木在南疆生态气候适应性及其应用价值。为辣椒嫁接砧木筛选及高产栽培提供依据。【方法】试验以dw-21、佳伴为辣椒砧木,陇椒2号辣椒为接穗进行嫁接,陇椒2号自根嫁接辣椒为对照,研究嫁接砧木对辣椒的光合特性和叶绿素荧光参数影响。【结果】佳伴嫁接苗利用弱光能力强于陇椒2号自根苗,dw-21嫁接苗利用弱光能力较弱。2种砧木嫁接苗和陇椒2号自根苗光补偿点之间无显著差异;但嫁接苗和对照之间光饱和点、光饱和光合速率则达到显著差异,佳伴嫁接苗光饱和点显著低于陇椒2号,光饱和光合速率最高。佳伴、dw-21嫁接苗的最大光化学效率分别比对照高7%、4.4%,最大光能转化效率分别高11.6%、8.5%。荧光猝灭系数分析表明佳伴/陇椒2号、dw-21/陇椒2号降低了叶片光合作用电子传递的能力,而通过热耗散保护过剩光能对其光系统的破坏程度比陇椒2号自根苗大。【结论】从弱光利用能力及叶绿素荧光参数综合分析,佳伴作辣椒嫁接砧木在南疆生态气候区具有较高的应用和推广价值。
【Objective】 The objective of this study was to determine the ecological adaptability and its application value of different pepper rootstocks in southern Xinjiang. To provide the basis for the screening of pepper rootstocks and high yielding cultivation. 【Method】 The effects of grafting rootstocks on the photosynthetic characteristics and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of pepper were studied using dw-21, good partner as pepper rootstock and Longjiao No.2 pepper as scion, Longjiao No.2 grafting pepper as control. 【Result】 The results showed that the best grafted seedlings with low light intensity were better than those of Longjiao No.2 rooting seedlings. The weak light utilization ability of dw-21 grafted seedlings was weak. There was no significant difference between the light compensation points of two kinds of rootstock grafted seedlings and that of Longjiao No.2 seedlings. However, the photosynthetic rate of light saturation point between the grafted seedlings and the control reached a significant difference, and the light saturation point of the grafted seedlings was significantly lower In Longjiao 2, the highest light-saturated photosynthetic rate. The maximum photochemical efficiency of dw-21 grafted seedlings was 7% and 4.4% higher than that of the control, respectively. The maximum light energy conversion efficiency was 11.6% and 8.5% respectively. Fluorescence quenching coefficient analysis showed that Jia companion / Longjiao No.2 and dw-21 / Longjiao No.2 were able to reduce the photosynthetic electron transfer ability of leaves, while the excess light energy was protected by heat dissipation than the Long Pepper 2 root large seedlings. 【Conclusion】 From the comprehensive utilization of low light utilization ability and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters, good companion for pepper grafting rootstock has high application and popularization value in the ecological climate zone of southern Xinjiang.
