本研究首先明确了组织技能柔性的内涵及其组成要素,然后从权变理论和资源观视角探究组织技能柔性形成的理论根基,进而从环境和任务视角分析影响组织技能柔性形成的实践方法,并对目前组织技能柔性研究做了评价和展望。
This study firstly clarified the connotation and its constituent elements of organizational skills flexibility, and then explored the theoretical foundation of the formation of organizational skills flexibility from the perspective of contingency theory and resources, and then analyzed the practical methods that affect the formation of organizational skills flexibility from the perspective of environment and tasks. At present, the research on the flexibility of organizational skills has been evaluated and looked forward.
