斯氏按蚊幼虫饲养水和成虫喂饲糖水中加入1μg/ml或2μg/ml环丙沙星,观察环丙沙星对蚊体内细菌的杀灭作用,发现二种剂量的药物与正常对照相同,蚊唾液腺中都含有大量细菌,但2μg/ml环丙沙星在体外能完全杀灭蚊唾液腺中的细菌。饲养水和喂饲糖水中加入2μg/ml或100μg/ml环丙沙星,观察环丙沙星对蚊受精、产卵和寿命的影响情况,2μg/ml组、100μg/ml组和对照组雌蚊受精率分别为55%、70%、75%,每组雌蚊平均产卵各为53、58、51,雌蚊48d存活率分别为73%(146/200)、74%(148/200)、77.5%(155/200),雄蚊48d存活率分别为46%(138/300)、46%(138/300)、40%(120/300)。结果说明环丙沙星在体外能有效杀灭蚊体细菌且对蚊受精、产卵、寿命无明显影响
