一、前言应用自硬树脂砂来造型制芯,不仅可以节省能源,而且具有较高的尺寸精度和表面光洁度。但某些先天不足限制了它的进一步推广。例如目前使用的树脂都有较高的粘度,对混制设备提出了防粘附的要求。树脂自硬砂硬化速度快,甚至在混制过程中就自行硬化,这对混砂机提出了快混快卸的要求。华中工学院铸造教研室在七十年代初就进行树脂砂的研究,相应地也研制过多种混砂机。在日本出现 SMI 混砂机的同时,也进行了球形混砂机的研究,作出试验机现已结合我国国情,于1982年研制 SIQ10混砂机样机,而后又设计了 SIQ30混砂机主体部分,定量输送部分的设计将在本文予以介绍。
