研究了GH163合金薄板成形极限图(FLD)的特点,并在实验基础上获得了该板料的FLD,将FLD与专用有限元软件DYNAFORM中利用Keeler公式自动生成的FLD作为模拟时破裂的判据,模拟研究了GH163合金筒形件的拉深和杯突过程,并将模拟结果与实验结果进行对比。结果表明,GH163合金FLD在一定范围内分别呈明显的直线、二次函数趋势,实验所得GH163FLD应用于DYNAFORM能较准确的预测该材料冲压成形过程中破裂问题。
The characteristics of FLD of GH163 alloy sheet were studied. The FLD of the sheet was obtained on the basis of experiment. The FLD and the FLD generated by Keeler formula in FLNA and DYNAFORM software were used as the criterion of fracture. , The drawing and cup process of GH163 alloy cylinder were simulated, and the simulation results were compared with the experimental results. The results show that the FLD of GH163 alloy shows straight line and quadratic function trend within a certain range respectively. The application of GH163FLD to DYNAFORM can predict the fracture of the material during stamping.
