目的了解目前临床使用中个人数字助理(PDA)微生物污染情况,制定PDA清洁消毒的流程,预防医院感染的发生。方法以临床使用中的PDA为研究对象,通过基线调查采样和使用75%酒精对PDA进行清洁消毒后采样,了解PDA的微生物污染情况和75%酒精对降低PDA微生物污染的作用。结果使用75%酒精清洁消毒前的PDA微生物学检测合格率为52.38%,清洁消毒后的PDA合格率为100.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用75%酒精消毒可有效降低PDA的微生物污染。
Objective To understand the current status of personal digital assistant (PDA) in clinical use of microbial contamination, develop PDA cleaning and disinfection process to prevent the occurrence of nosocomial infections. Methods The PDA in clinical use was taken as the research object. Samples were collected through baseline survey and the samples were cleaned and disinfected with 75% alcohol to understand the microbial contamination of PDA and the effect of 75% alcohol on reducing PDA microbial contamination. Results The qualified rate of PDA microbiological test before cleaning and disinfection with alcohol was 52.38% and the passing rate of clean PDA was 100.00%. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion 75% alcohol disinfection can effectively reduce the microbial contamination of PDA.
