在新课程的实施过程中,新教材为师生的发展提供了平台,教材不再是教育的目的和结果,而是把教材作为可以利用的工具和手段,以媒介搭建起平等、民主、和谐的师生关系。在师生平等相待的情境中,师生共同面对的不仅是知识和教材,而是更为广泛的现实生活。学生主体地位的确立是通过教师的主导作用来实行的,教学中教师的激发作用、启迪作用、组织作用和熏陶作用是学生主动学习的重要前提,因此教师的角色转换是关键。简言之,在新教材的实施过程中,给笔者最大的感受是相辅相承的两个改变,即:教师的角色改变了,学生的学习方式改变了,对学生的评价方式也改变了。
In the process of implementing the new curriculum, the new teaching materials provide a platform for the development of teachers and students. Teaching materials are no longer the aim and result of education. Instead, teaching materials are used as tools and means to establish equality, democracy and harmony through media Teacher-student relationship. In the situation of equal treatment of teachers and students, teachers and students face not only knowledge and teaching materials, but more extensive real life. The establishment of students’ subjective status is implemented through the leading role of teachers. The inspiring, enlightening, organizing and nurturing roles of teachers in teaching are important prerequisites for students’ active learning. Therefore, the conversion of teachers’ roles is the key. In short, in the process of implementing the new textbook, the author’s greatest feelings are two changes that complement each other, namely: the role of teachers changed, the way of learning of students changed, and the way of evaluation of students changed .
