Neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) refers to the perinatal asphyxia caused by partial or complete hypoxia caused fetal or neonatal brain injury, clinical manifestations of a series of encephalopathy after birth. The changes of creatine kinase (CK) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in myocardial enzymes of 90 HIE children in our hospital were analyzed to explore the relationship between the severity of HIE and the changes of CK and LDH, so as to provide the basis for the interference therapy of HIE.
