Since Kai Lanba Kai Asia West project started in 2008, CITIC Construction Fleet has been in operation in Angola for six years. Countless achievements have been made in the past six years, and numerous difficulties and obstacles have also been encountered. Overseas construction needs to face the complex and volatile risks, and dealing with labor risks is undoubtedly one of the most difficult and most important tasks. After the start of RED project in Angola, the work on localization of labor service continued to be promoted, and various cooperative units made extensive use of construction workers.
