前不久,在广州举行的一个多城市参与的座谈会上,去年已启动货币化公车改革的深圳市10名与会干部竟带有8名司机。经牵头单位核实,用车符合相关规定,但“确实车比较多,不够环保”。此事之所以引发关注,在于公众担心车改没落到实处,出现有干部一边拿车补一边用公车的情形。这样的话,不仅车改目标落空,还平添更多财政开支,损及政府公信。不过从核查情况看,这次参会干部有的是按规定可配有公车,有的是使用单位保留的公车或申请派车,并不违规。公车改革不是一
