华北油田勘察设计院研制的“钢管道环氧粉末内外喷涂技术”于1988年12月15日通过了中国石油天然气总公司的技术鉴定. 本成果属中试作业线,其技术指标为:①被涂敷钢管直径φ70～φ219mm;②被涂敷钢管长度6～12m;③涂层厚度250～300μm(根据需要,厚度可达600～700μm). 钢管内外表面可以同时喷涂或单独内喷和外喷.日生产环氧粉末防腐涂层钢管250～300m.
