目的探讨唐昌蒲伯克霍尔德菌对各种消毒剂的抗性。方法试验选用新洁尔灭、洗必泰、碘伏3种消毒剂,依据GB 15979-2002《一次性卫生用品卫生标准》及《消毒技术规范》2002年版,对唐昌蒲伯克霍尔德菌及铜绿假单胞菌(ATCC 15442)进行了杀菌性能的测试。结果唐昌蒲伯克霍尔德菌对于3种消毒剂的抗性均大于铜绿假单胞菌。结论唐昌蒲伯克霍尔德菌对消毒剂产生抗性的问题应引起人们足够重视。以苯扎氯铵为主要杀菌成份的卫生用品,应考虑适当提高使用浓度,或者选用其他消毒剂,以确保产品使用的安全有效。
Objective To investigate the resistance of Pulsatilla vulgaris to various disinfectants. Method test selected Broccoli, chlorhexidine, iodophor three kinds of disinfectants, according to GB 15979-2002 “hygiene standards for disposable hygiene products” and “disinfection technical specifications” 2002 edition, Bacteriocin (ATCC 15442) was tested for bactericidal properties. Results The results showed that the antibacterial activity of P. pastoris was higher than that of P. aeruginosa. Conclusion Tangchang Pok Keer Deer bacteria on the issue of resistance to disinfectants should cause people enough attention. With benzalkonium chloride as the main bactericidal ingredients of health products, should consider appropriate to increase the use of concentration, or the use of other disinfectants to ensure that the product is safe and effective.
