一、前言高强度、低裂纹敏感性的CF钢已在我国由武汉钢铁公司、通用机械研究所、钢铁研究总院等单位联合攻关研制成功,现已制成了多台容器投入使用。为了充分发挥CF钢作为球罐用钢新钢种的潜在优势、进一步推广应用于含H_2S介质的容器,几年来我们对武钢生产的WCF-62钢板及其焊接接头进行了抗湿H_2S应力腐蚀性能的试验研究,同时也对日本同类钢WEL-TEN62CF进行了试验和对比。根据国内外现行规范及有关规定,主要进行了以下三种试验:
I.
