在激光二极管(LD)泵浦的Nd:YVO4激光器中,采用石墨烯分散液作为可饱和吸收体,分别实现1064nm和1342nm激光的被动调Q;获得平均输出功率为0.52 W,脉宽为7.7ns,重复频率为105kHz的1342nm调Q脉冲序列和平均输出功率为0.62 W,脉宽为6.06ns,重复频率为138kHz的1064nm调Q脉冲序列。测量石墨烯分散液对低功率连续激光的吸收系数与入射功率之间的关系,结果表明样品对1342nm和1064nm激光均存在可饱和吸收,但是对1342nm激光吸收的饱和光强较低,由此分析1064nm和1342nm调Q脉冲的差别。
In laser diode (LD) pumped Nd: YVO4 laser, graphene dispersion was used as saturable absorber to achieve passive Q-switched at 1064nm and 1342nm, respectively. The average output power was 0.52W and the pulse width was 7.7ns , A 1342nm Q-switched pulse sequence with a repetition frequency of 105kHz and a 1064nm Q-switched pulse sequence with an average output power of 0.62W, a pulse width of 6.06ns and a repetition frequency of 138kHz. The relationship between the absorption coefficient and the incident power of graphene dispersion on low power CW laser was measured. The results show that the samples have both saturable absorption at 1342 nm and 1064 nm, but lower saturation at 1342 nm. Differences between 1064nm and 1342nm Q-switched pulses.
