江南古镇由于相同的旅游资源和文化背景,古镇旅游同质化相同严重。本文通过对乌镇西栅特点和优势的分析,指出西栅经营现存的问题,针对问题探讨了针对性的经营策略。乌镇,1300年历史的江南水乡古镇,中国首批十大历史文化名镇和中国魅力名镇之一,古老的京杭大运河穿镇而过,镇区由十字形的水系划分为东栅、西栅、南栅、北栅四个区域。公元872年建镇至今,乌镇镇名未变,镇址未变,水系未变,生活方式未变,传统建筑经百年风雨,依旧保存完好。2001年, Due to the same tourism resources and cultural background in the ancient town of Jiangnan, the tourism in the ancient town is of the same quality as that of the ancient city.
