碳酸盐岩地层是目前我国富含油气资源的主要地层,其地层抗钻特性参数的准确合理预测是油气资源高效合理开发的重要保证。通过室内岩芯试验,结合现场测井资料,运用数理统计方法研究分析碳酸盐岩地层岩石可钻性、抗压强度与声波时差,塑性系数与泊松比以及地面声波时差与测井声波时差、纵波时差与横波时差的相关关系,建立利用测井资料预测碳酸盐岩地层抗钻特性参数的预测模型。通过室内实测资料对预测模型进行验证,预测精度达90%,能够满足工程需要。利用已建立的地层抗钻特性参数测模型对川东北元坝区块海相碳酸盐岩地层的抗钻特性进行研究和分析,为该地区海相地层钻头类型和钻进参数的优选提供合理依据。
Carbonate rock formation is the main strata rich in oil and gas resources in our country at present. The accurate and reasonable prediction of its anti-drilling characteristic parameters is an important guarantee for the efficient and reasonable development of oil and gas resources. Through indoor core test and field logging data, the mathematical and statistical methods are used to analyze the rock drillability, compressive strength and acoustic time difference, plastic coefficient and Poisson’s ratio of carbonate rock formations, as well as the time difference between surface acoustic wave and logging acoustic wave , The correlation between P-wave time difference and S-wave time difference, and the prediction model for predicting the anti-drilling characteristic parameters of carbonate stratum by using well logging data is established. The indoor forecasting data is used to verify the forecasting model. The prediction accuracy is up to 90%, which can meet the needs of the project. The drilling resistance characteristics of the marine carbonate rock stratum in the Yuanba block in northeastern Sichuan Province are studied and analyzed by using the established parameter model of formation resistance to drilling, which is reasonable for the selection of drilling type and drilling parameters in the marine strata in accordance with.
