From 1999 to 1999, the authors used open reduction and Kirschner wire fixation in children with humeral head-pulley overturning fracture in 36 cases, received good results. The report is summarized as follows. 1 Clinical data The group of 36 patients, 21 males and 15 females. There were 27 cases aged 4 to 6 years and 9 cases aged 7 to 14 years. 19 cases of right elbow, 17 cases of left elbow. Cause of injury car accident in 4 cases, fell injury in 32 cases. By
