目的探讨主动脉弓与动脉导管弓夹角正常值,为胎儿心脏发育异常提供诊断信息。方法随机选择孕18~40周孕妇300例,分为5组,每组各60例,分别进行超声测量3VT切面上AP角,统计学处理,计算出每组胎儿心脏AP角正常值。结果 18~40孕周AP角正常值为:18~19+6孕周(20.78±2.32)°;20~24+6孕周(21.23±1.56)°;25~29+6孕周(21.66±0.65)°;30~34+6孕周(21.71±1.21)°;35~40孕周(21.86±1.00)°。平均(21.45±1.35)°。结论超声3VT切面进行AP角测量临床价值较大,可确定AP角度是否正常,发现角度异常后,可对胎儿心脏再行全面扫查、多切面观察及系统分析,获得明确的诊断。
Objective To investigate the normal angle between the arch of the aortic arch and the ductus arteriosus to provide diagnostic information for fetal cardiac dysplasia. Methods 300 pregnant women aged from 18 to 40 weeks were selected randomly and divided into 5 groups with 60 cases in each group. The AP angle of the 3VT section was measured by ultrasound, and the normal AP angle of each group of fetal heart was calculated. Results The normal values of AP angle at 18 ~ 40 gestational weeks were: 18-19 + 6 gestational weeks (20.78 ± 2.32) °, 20-24 + 6 gestational weeks (21.23 ± 1.56) °, 25-29 + 6 gestational weeks (21.66 ± 0.65) °; 30 ~ 34 + 6 gestational weeks (21.71 ± 1.21) °; 35 ~ 40 gestational weeks (21.86 ± 1.00) °. Average (21.45 ± 1.35) °. Conclusions It is of great clinical value to measure the AP angle by the 3VT section of ultrasound, and it can determine whether the AP angle is normal. After finding the abnormal angle, we can conduct a comprehensive scan, multi-section observation and system analysis on the fetus’s heart to obtain a definite diagnosis.
