为了探讨慢性呼吸衰竭急性期肾功能状态,本文对66例慢性肺心病患者进行了肾小球滤过功能(BUN、Scr、Ccr)及肾小管功能(U/P、C_(H_2O)及FEMg、TRMg)检查。结果:肾小球滤过功能Ccr多减低(62.5%),但BUN多正常(88.9%)而Scr无升高者。肾小管浓缩功能障碍—C_(H_2O)增多者占29.2%,尿/血渗比(U/P)≤1者仅占10.4%。肾小管再吸收功能亦多受累,表现为FEMg增加或TRMg减少者占85.0%。本文尚对呼吸衰竭时肾功能障碍的原因及其影响进行了讨论。
In order to explore the acute renal failure in patients with chronic respiratory failure, 66 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease in the glomerular filtration function (BUN, Scr, Ccr) and renal tubular function (U / P, C_ (H_2O) and FEMg, TRMg) check.
