通过响应面分析(RSA)法,优化了灵芝菌丝体胞内多糖的热浸提条件,提取温度为95℃,时间为3.5 h,湿菌体与水的量比值为1∶2.5,此时胞内多糖提取率达到最大值,为10.5g/kg.
The optimal extraction conditions of Ganoderma lucidum mycelium polysaccharide were optimized by response surface methodology (RSA). The extraction temperature was 95 ℃, the time was 3.5 h, and the ratio of wet cells to water was 1: 2. 5, when the intracellular polysaccharide extraction rate reached the maximum, 10.5g / kg.
