跨流域调水是合理开发水资源、实现优化配置的较好的手段,水资源如何优化配置需要用大系统的思想进行分析和研究。传统的水资源配置存在对保护环境不够重视、重节水但忽略高效、重缺水地方的优化配置但忽略提升水充足地方的水利用率等情况,影响了区域经济的发展和水资源的可持续利用。当前,水资源是非常紧缺的,一定要重视对如何对水资源来优化配置。文章对其在跨流域调水工程中的应用前景进行了简单分析,这对相关网络应用系统的设计、完善和实施,具有一定的参考意义。 Inter-basin water transfer is a reasonable way to develop water resources and achieve optimal allocation.
