目的 探讨热休克蛋白70(HSP70)表达与脑胶质瘤增殖及凋亡的关系。方法 利用免疫组化方法,观察HSP70与肿瘤恶性程度的关系及阻断HSP70表达后对肿瘤细胞生长的影响。结果 28例人脑胶质瘤手术标本中25例有HSP70表达,表达强度与肿瘤恶性程度成正相关。结论 人脑星形胶质瘤广泛存在HSP70过度表达,HSP70可以作为判断肿瘤恶性程度及预后的一个参考指标。HSP70可作为肿瘤实验治疗的一个靶指标。
Objective To investigate the relationship between heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) expression and proliferation and apoptosis of glioma. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to observe the relationship between the expression of HSP70 and the degree of tumor malignancy and the effect of blocking the expression of HSP70 on the growth of tumor cells. Results Twenty-five cases of human glioma specimens had HSP70 expression, which was positively correlated with the degree of tumor malignancy. Conclusion There are many HSP70 overexpression in human brain astrocytoma, and HSP70 can be used as a reference index to judge the malignant degree and prognosis of the tumor. HSP70 can be used as a target for tumor therapy.
