目的研究中国蛤蜊精(每100g中,含多糖19.01g、牛磺酸1.25g、胆碱0.65g)的体内外抗肿瘤作用。方法建立小鼠S-180肉瘤模型,用中国蛤蜊精悬液连续灌胃32d,观察并分析其对荷瘤小鼠瘤质量、胸腺指数、脾指数的影响;采用MTT法测定中国蛤蜊精体外对小鼠S-180肉瘤细胞的抑制作用。结果中国蛤蜊精[(0.5,3.0,4.80 g/(kg·d))]可以显著抑制小鼠S-180肉瘤细胞的体内增殖,抑瘤率依次为44.29%、48.23%、61.94%;中国蛤蜊精[3.0,4.80 g/(kg·d)]可以明显提高小鼠的脾脏指数,并与其浓度呈正相关。中国蛤蜊精(4,8,12mg/ml)体外对小鼠S-180肉瘤细胞的增殖抑制率分别是49.67%、56.66%、12.91%,且8mg/ml的抑制率与5-FU无显著性差异。结论中国蛤蜊精在小鼠体内和体外具有显著抑制小鼠S-180肉瘤细胞的作用。
Objective To study the anti-tumor effects of clams in China (containing 19.01g of polysaccharides, 1.25g of taurine and 0.65g of choline per 100g) in vitro and in vivo. Methods S-180 mouse sarcoma model was established. The rats were treated with clam spleen suspension continuously for 32 days. The effects on tumor mass, thymus index and spleen index of tumor-bearing mice were observed and analyzed. Inhibition of mouse S-180 sarcoma cells. Results Chinese clam essence [(0.5,3.0,4.80 g / (kg · d))] could significantly inhibit the proliferation of S-180 cells in vivo. The tumor inhibition rates were 44.29%, 48.23% and 61.94% Concentration [3.0,4.80 g / (kg · d)] significantly increased the spleen index of mice and positively correlated with its concentration. The inhibitory rates of clams in China (4, 8, 12 mg / ml) on S-180 mouse sarcoma cells in vitro were 49.67%, 56.66% and 12.91%, respectively, and the inhibitory rates of 8mg / ml and 5-FU were not significant difference. Conclusion Chinese clam essence has a significant inhibitory effect on mouse S-180 sarcoma cells in vivo and in vitro.
