采用XRD和电化学测试的方法研究了Fe、Mn、Si部分替代Ni对LaNi3型贮氢合金氢致非晶化的影响。结果表明:LaNi2.5M0.5(M=Ni,Fe,Mn,Si)贮氢合金的主相均为LaNi3相;在第一次充电后,合金均有一定程度的氢致非晶化现象;LaNi3和LaNi2.5Fe0.5合金的放电曲线没有放电平台,表明合金充电后为非晶态;LaNi2.5Mn0.5和LaNi2.5Si0.5合金的放电曲线有一个倾斜的平台,这表明少量的Mn和Si可以在一定程度上抑制LaNi3型贮氢合金的氢致非晶反应。
The effects of Fe, Mn and Si partially replaced by Ni on the hydrogen amorphization in LaNi3-type hydrogen storage alloys were investigated by XRD and electrochemical measurements. The results show that the main phase of LaNi2.5M0.5 (M = Ni, Fe, Mn, Si) hydrogen storage alloy is LaNi3 phase. After the first charge, the alloy has a certain degree of hydrogen induced amorphization. The discharge curve of LaNi3 and LaNi2.5Fe0.5 alloy shows no discharge platform, indicating that the alloy is amorphous after charging. The discharge curve of LaNi2.5Mn0.5 and LaNi2.5Si0.5 alloy has a tilted platform, which indicates that a small amount of Mn And Si can inhibit the hydrogen-induced amorphous reaction of LaNi3 type hydrogen storage alloy to a certain extent.
