本实验观察了l-色氨酸对动物中枢神经系统。心功能和血流动力学的影响。实验结果表明:较大剂量l-色氨酸对小白鼠、家兔具有镇静催眠作用,并能明显提高小白鼠的电刺激致痛阈值和激怒阈值,但无麻醉作用;对呼吸几无影响,且耐受量较大。静脉注射l-色氨酸可使动脉收缩压和舒张压暂时降低,注射速度过快则明显减慢心率,但心电图上无节律紊乱现象。另外,五种剂量l-色氨酸快速静脉注射可一过性地抑制家兔反映左心室收缩和舒张功能的多项指标以及血流动力学指标。
This experiment observed l-tryptophan on the central nervous system of animals. Heart function and hemodynamic effects. The experimental results show that: a larger dose of l-tryptophan has a sedative and hypnotic effect on mice and rabbits, and can significantly increase the electric stimulation induced pain threshold and irritability threshold of mice, but no anesthetic effect; no effect on breathing. And the tolerance is larger. Intravenous injection of l-tryptophan may temporarily reduce arterial systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure. If the injection speed is too fast, heart rate will be significantly slowed down, but there will be no rhythm disturbance on the electrocardiogram. In addition, rapid intravenous injection of l-tryptophan in five doses can transiently inhibit multiple indexes and hemodynamic parameters reflecting left ventricular systolic and diastolic function in rabbits.
