波纹钢腹板体外预应力组合梁作为一种新颖高效的桥梁结构正在引起广泛关注。本文分析了波纹钢腹板的抗弯性能,推导出基于一定假设的实用计算公式;在某实桥控制截面埋设传感器进行施工阶段应力监测,并采用ANSYS建立有限元计算,通过对理论公式计算值、有限元计算值和实测值得对比分析,验证了理论公式的准确性和实用性,可供同类桥梁参考。
Corrugated steel web external prestressed composite beam as a novel and efficient bridge structure is aroused widespread concern. In this paper, the flexural behavior of corrugated steel webs is analyzed and a practical calculation formula based on certain assumptions is deduced. The sensors are embedded in the control section of a real bridge to monitor the stress in the construction phase. The finite element calculation is established by ANSYS. , The calculated value of the finite element and the measured value are comparatively analyzed, which verifies the accuracy and practicability of the theoretical formula and is available for reference of similar bridges.
