百年大计,教育为本;教育大计,教师为本。俗语说:“十根手指有长短。”一个班级同样存在着优劣差异,作为一名教师要由衷地热爱自己的教育工作,用自己的智慧和力量去滋润学生的心田。我是一名小学教师。十几年来,我一直担任班主任工作。班主任最苦的工作就是学困生的转变,而党和国家赋予我们的光荣使命,又不容许抛弃这一部分学生。那么,怎样才能做好学困生工作呢?几年来的工作实践,我体会最深刻的一点,就是要情理并举。从学困生的心理特点来看,大多数学困生是由于老师工作开展不力,
