核糖核酸(Ribonucleic acid简称RNA)是南京生物化学制药厂采用冷酸法从猪肝中提取分离出来的一种新型肝机能改善剂。据报导在治疗急性、慢性肝炎、肝硬变等肝疾患者中取得了较好的疗效,可使血清蛋白电泳明显改变,改变A/G倒置现象,AFP转阴。为了进一步观察 RNA的毒付反应和对肝脏的保护作用,对RNA进行了毒理、药理等方面的实验研究,其结果报告如下:一、实验材料(一)药物:本实验所用RNA为白色冻干注射制剂。同位素:~3H-胸腺嘧啶核苷(~3H-TdR),~3H-亮氨酸(~3H-Leucine),为北京原子能研究所、上海核子所提供。(二)实验动物:小白鼠:体重18-22g、豚鼠:体重200~300克,家兔、猫体重2.5公斤,雌雄不拘,正常健康。(三)主要器材:
