话说在美国华盛顿州时,我在海边房子的后园内,将小溪改成鱼塘,饲养鳟鱼。小溪经过鱼塘,绕过房子,流进海里去。因为塘边的树荫,溪水的大量氧气,及水温的寒冷,我养的鳟鱼从不生病,而养到最大时每条可有五磅多重。每一个好鱼者都有自己的“鱼的故事”;养了鳟鱼后,与朋友聚会闲谈中,若有提起鱼的,我就爱谈养鱼,不再言钓!在一个冬天的清晨,我漫步塘边,俯望塘中,竟见一条20多磅的三文鱼(即鲑鱼)在那里休息。这种以远渡重洋而闻名于世的名
