新时代背景下,战略人力资源管理认为人力资源理应是企业的第一资源。战略人力资源管理要求管理者在制定企业战略时必须充分依据企业的人力资源状况,将人力资源管理与企业战略目标的实现紧密结合。本文在简要梳理了人力资源管理的发展过程之后,从理论推演角度对战略人力资源管理的核心观点进行了合理地解释,说明了战略人力资源管理对企业战略的意义。
Under the background of new era, strategic human resource management thinks that human resources should be the first resource of enterprises. Strategic human resource management requires managers in the formulation of corporate strategy must be based fully on the status of human resources in the enterprise, the human resources management and business strategy to achieve close integration. After a brief review of the development of human resource management, this paper explains the core views of strategic human resource management rationally from the perspective of theoretical deduction, and illustrates the significance of strategic human resource management to business strategy.
