目的 研究新型放射增敏剂丁胱亚磺酰亚胺(buthione sulfoxim in, B S O)对 Acc2 细胞的放射增敏效应。方法 采用克隆形成法,首先观察了 B S O 在乏氧状态和有氧状态下对 Acc2 细胞的药物毒性,然后研究了 B S O 在乏氧和有氧状态下对 Acc2 细胞的放射增敏效应。结果 B S O 在乏氧状态和有氧状态时,其半数抑制剂量分别为80μm ol/ L、120μm ol/ L。当 B S O 在 I D20、 I D10 的药物剂量时,在乏氧状态下,其 S E R 值分别为1521 和1263,在有氧状态下其 S E R 值分别为1296 和1153。结论 B S O 对 Acc2 细胞有放射增敏作用, B S O 在乏氧状态下的增敏效应比有氧状态下的放射增敏效应强。
Objective To study the radiosensitization effect of novel radiosensitizer buthione sulfoximin (B S O) on Acc2 cells. Methods The clonogenic method was used to observe the drug toxicity of B S O to Acc2 cells under hypoxic condition and aerobic condition. Then the effect of B S O on Acc2 cells under hypoxia and aerobic condition Radiosensitization effect. Results The results showed that the half-maximal inhibitory concentrations of B S O were 80 μmol / L and 120 μmol / L, respectively, under hypoxic condition and aerobic condition. The S E R values of B S O were 1521 and 1263 under hypoxia when the dose of B S O was at I D20 and I D10, respectively, and their S E R values under aerobic condition were 1 1 respectively. 296 and 1 153. Conclusion B S O had a radiosensitizing effect on Acc2 cells. The sensitizing effect of B S O in hypoxic condition was stronger than that in aerobic condition.
