系统地研究了热处理对Ni-2.5wt%Be 合金的光学及电镜组织以及性能的影响。结果表明,最佳固溶温度为1110±10℃,10×20 min,水冷;峰值时效制度为480±5℃,1—3 h。经热处理后,合金的σ_b为1589MPa,σ_(0.2)为1255MPa,δ为4.8%,E 为199564 MPa。最佳分级时效制度为310℃4h+480℃,1 h,按此制度处理,合金的σ_b为1648 MPa,δ为6.7%。透射电镜分析表明,此合金时效各阶段组织与Cu-2 wt%Be 合金时效相应阶段组织相似。
The effect of heat treatment on the optical and microstructures and properties of Ni-2.5wt% Be alloy was studied systematically. The results show that the optimal solution temperature is 1110 ± 10 ℃, 10 × 20 min, water cooling; peak aging system is 480 ± 5 ℃, 1-3 h. After heat treatment, the alloy σ_b is 1589MPa, σ_ (0.2) is 1255MPa, δ is 4.8%, E is 199564MPa. The best classification aging system is 310 ℃ 4h + 480 ℃, 1 h, according to this system, the alloy σ_b is 1648 MPa, δ is 6.7%. Transmission electron microscopy analysis showed that the microstructure of the alloys at all stages of aging was similar to that of Cu-2 wt% Be alloys at corresponding stages of aging.
