目的:在检验镍钛记忆合金内支架置入幽门区后的开通性、耐腐蚀性和区域组织的生物相容性。材料与方法:健康成犬6条,经腹置入镍钛记忆合金内支架于幽门区后,每隔2周行钡餐胃肠透视观察内支架开通情况,分别在2周,1、2、3、4、及6个月不同时间处死。采集标本行肉眼、光镜和电镜观察内支架区组织细胞形态学改变。结果:1、钡餐透视见内支架全部开通、无塌陷和变形;2、光镜见早期粘膜组织充血、水肿及坏死,并见溃疡形成,1~2个月粘膜组织开始修复,后期粘膜恢复正常;3、电镜见细胞结构由模糊、坏死至增生活跃与恢复正常的演变过程;4、肉眼及电镜观察内支架表面颜色无改变,镍钛支架丝无蚀坑。结论:该支架除具备形状记忆功能、超弹性、耐腐蚀、耐磨性能外,还有极佳的生物相容性,组织的异物反应轻微。中短期实验结果理想。
OBJECTIVE: To examine the openness, corrosion resistance and biocompatibility of regional tissue after stent implantation in the pyloric area of nickel-titanium memory alloy. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Six healthy adult dogs were implanted with nickel-titanium memory alloy stents in the pyloric area. Barium meal gastrointestinal (GI) , 4, and 6 months at different times. Specimens were collected and examined with light microscope and electron microscope to observe the morphological changes of the cells in the scaffolds. 2, light microscopy early mucosal congestion, edema and necrosis, and the formation of ulcers, 1 to 2 months mucosal tissue began to repair, mucosa returned to normal after the ; 3, electron microscopy cell structure from fuzzy, necrosis to hyperplasia active and normal recovery process; 4, naked eye and electron microscopy showed no change in the color of the stent surface, nickel-titanium stent wire no corrosion pits. Conclusion: In addition to its shape memory function, super elasticity, corrosion resistance and wear resistance, the scaffold has excellent biocompatibility and slight foreign body reaction. Short-term experimental results are ideal.
