In the 1980, 1990, 1996 three years of acute infectious and non-infectious diseases, aged 3 months to 3 years of hospitalized cases, a random sample of 180, a retrospective survey of the incidence of nutritional anemia, And compared with the incidence of healthy children aged 0 ~ 3 years old in Jinan in 1990 and 1996. The data showed that the total incidence of sick children was 63.89% (115/180), 64.44% (116/180) and 46.67 % (84/180), respectively (P <0.01). The incidence of anemia in both groups was decreased by 37.80% and 20.73% respectively in Jinan and 1990 (P <0.01), but the morbidity between urban and rural areas was no significant difference (P> 0.05). The incidence of hospitalization was much higher than that of healthy children (P> 0.05), and the degree of anemia was mild, but the incidence of anemia in hospitalized children was heavier than that of healthy children. Breastfeeding children increased year by year, 110/180 (61.11%), 139/180 (77.22%) and 160/180 (88.89%) respectively in three years. The incidence of anemia also decreased year by year, reaching 72/110 65.45%), 87/139 (62.59%) and 73/160 (45.63%) (P <0.01), but the incidence of anemia in artificial feeding and mixed feeding did not decrease in 3 years. In 84 cases of anemia children Zinc Iron and copper, of which 41 were lower than normal, most of the remaining normal range of values are low, of which 38 cases of zinc deficiency, iron deficiency in 37 cases, 27 cases of copper deficiency, the vast majority of zinc and iron with the missing, while the three With the lack of people also account for a large proportion.
