目的:探讨妊娠期非糖尿病母亲血糖水平与子代5~6岁时体质量指数(BMI)的相关性。方法:选取2007年9月~2008年9月间在该院产科分娩的妊娠期非糖尿病母亲860例,获得其孕期口服葡萄糖耐量试验的资料,对其子代进行随访获得子代5~6岁时的体质量相关资料,将两者进行相关性分析。结果:随访儿童中超体质量81例(9.42%),肥胖53例(6.16%);孕期空腹血糖水平5.01~7.00 mmol/L的孕妇与子代BMI呈正相关(β=0.46,95%CI:0.17~0.79,P<0.05),其子代5~6岁时超体质量及肥胖发生风险增加2倍(OR=2.58,95%CI:1.59~4.25,P<0.05)。结论:空腹血糖>5.01 mmol/L的妊娠期非糖尿病母亲能增加子代5~6岁时发生超体质量的风险,应对其采取早期预防措施。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between blood glucose level in non-diabetic mothers with gestational age and body mass index (BMI) at 5 ~ 6 years old. Methods: From September 2007 to September 2008 in our hospital, 860 pregnant women with non-diabetic mothers gave birth to their oral glucose tolerance test data during pregnancy. Their offspring were followed up for 5 to 6 years When the body mass related data, the two correlation analysis. Results: Among the children who were followed up, 81 cases (9.42%) had super body mass and 53 cases (6.16%) had obesity. The pregnant women with fasting blood glucose level 5.01-7.00 mmol / L had a positive correlation with the offspring BMI (β = 0.46,95% CI: 0.17 ~ 0.79, P <0.05). The risk of overweight and obesity was increased by 2 folds at the age of 5 to 6 years (OR = 2.58, 95% CI: 1.59-4.25, P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Non-diabetic gestational maternal mothers with fasting blood glucose> 5.01 mmol / L increase the risk of developing super-body mass at the age of 5 to 6 years and should take early preventive measures.
