现今用传统的消解土壤方法,由于对环境造成二次污染,效率低等原因,已经满足不了监测工作的需要。本文分析了用全封闭式微波消解土壤,以ICP-AES法测定其中的As Ba Cu Co Cr La Mo Mn Ni Pb Sr Ti V W Zn Zr Al Fe Ca Mg k Na 22种金属元素,测定结果的精密度以相对标准偏差表示为0.72%-3.62%,准确度以加标回收率表示为83.3%-107%,明显优于传统的消解法,并且节省了15倍的消解时间和2倍的酸量,实验证明这是一种更完善的监测方法。
Nowadays, with the traditional method of digesting soil, the need of monitoring work can not be met due to the secondary pollution to the environment and the low efficiency. In this paper, the soil samples were completely digested with microwave and the content of As Ba Cu Co Cr La Mo Mn Ni Pb Sr Ti VW Zn Zr Al Fe Ca Mg k Na 22 was determined by ICP-AES. The precision The relative standard deviations were 0.72% -3.62%. The accuracy was 83.3% -107% in spike recovery, which was significantly better than the traditional digestion method and 15 times the digestion time and 2 times the acid amount were saved. Experiments show that this is a better monitoring method.
