病例:女,18岁,住院号48872号,患儿于1978年11月4日以心跳气短来诊,来诊前一周曾因左腮腺肿大确诊为流行性腮腺炎,经口服病毒灵及对症治疗好转,但从11月1日起感觉胸闷气短,不能平卧,全身多汗,四肢发凉,尿少时而腹痛,下肢浮肿,11月4日转来我院,门诊以先心病、心衰原因待诊入院。病史:患儿居住区有散在的流行性腮腺炎流行,既往无长期发热及心脏病史。 Case: Female, 18 years old, inpatient number 48872.
