ｃ-ｍｙｃ是首先在鸟类髓细胞性白血病病毒中被证实的具有转化作用的癌基因ｖ -ｍｙｃ的细胞基因同源物 ,其转录产物ｃ -ｍｙｃ蛋白的功能甚多。近年来研究认为 ,ｃ -ｍｙｃ蛋白是一个与细胞增殖和分化调控密切相关的转录因子[1] ,其功能与蛋白分子的结构功能区域密不可分。1
C-myc is a cell homologue of transforming oncogene v-myc that was first confirmed in avian myeloid leukemia virus. Its transcription product c-myc has many functions. In recent years, studies have suggested that c-myc protein is a transcription factor closely related to the regulation of cell proliferation and differentiation [1]. Its function is closely related to the structural and functional regions of protein molecules. 1
