深化干部人事制度改革,是建设高素质干部队伍,培养造就大批优秀人才的治本之策。为此,党的十七大以来,国家出台了很多政策来继续深化干部人事制度改革,通过改革进一步健全完善干部培养、选拔、任用、考核、监督等各个环节相配套的有效机制和科学方法,努力实现干部工作的科学化、民主化和制度化,形成知人善任、广纳群贤、人尽其才、能上能下、充满活力的工作局面。
