采用两种不同的生长素及处理方法,诱导西洋梨C4试管苗生根。试管生根法最适的IBA浓度为1.2mg/L,生根率为61.9%;NAA浓度0.8mg/L效果较好,生根率为53.7%。得到的生根苗生长健壮,发育良好,茎粗达1~2mm。用一定浓度的IBA、NAA浸枝处理,前者促根效果较好,IBA3.0mg/L,生根率达67.6%;同样浓度的NAA促根效果较差,生根率只有30%,并且这种方法得到的生根苗生长较弱,茎粗1mm左右。将促进生根的茎段适时转入不含激素的培养基中,不定根的形成部位不产生愈伤组织,从而为试管苗移栽奠定了良好的基础
