用尘螨浸液的免疫疗法治疗常年性鼻炎可获得满意疗效,其机理是使机体产生 IgG 封闭抗体和/或减少 IgE 抗体。近有许多作者证实所产生的 IgG 亚类也可作为有效的封闭抗体,以IgG_4为主,但也有作者认为 IgG_1比 IgG_4重要,为此作者进行了本项研究。研究对象为对尘螨过敏的70例(男女各半)常年性鼻炎患者,应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定免疫治疗期间 IgE、IgG 和 IgG 亚类抗体的变化,并评价各种 Ig 的变化与症状改善的关系。结果表明,本组资料免疫治疗总有效率为85%以上,在治疗期间 IgE 抗体上升。尘螨特异性 IgG_4水平呈持续性上升,且与临床症状改善表现出显著正相关。IgG 和 IgG_1抗体在治疗开始后6个月即上升到一个平稳水平而不再上升。IgG 抗体的上升主要为 IgG_1上升,与临床症状改善并无相关关系。

The increase of IgG antibody was mainly the increase of IgG_1, which was not related to the improvement of clinical symptoms.
