试验了移栽水稻组织培养再生植株的方法,采用了“冰镇”,“水培”等炼苗、保苗措施,移栽的再生植株顺利完成一个生长周期,产生种子。获得的种子在第二年播种,进行 D_2代分析,发现一些性状变异.但是,在存活并完成生长期的植株中,遗传的变异幅度已较稳定。通过组培进行变异选育,作为一种方法,在水稻育种上具有重大意义。
The method of tissue culture of regenerated plants by transplanting rice was experimented. The methods of “freezing” and “hydroponics” were used to cultivate and seedlings. Transplanted regenerated plants successfully completed one growth cycle and produced seeds. The seeds obtained were sown in the second year and analyzed for the D_2 generation, and some of the traits were found to be mutated, but the genetic variation in the plants surviving and completing the growing stage was relatively stable. Mutation breeding through tissue culture, as a method, is of great significance in rice breeding.
