目的研究羽芒菊Tridax procumbens的化学成分。方法利用Diaion HP-20、MCI-Gel CHP-20、Sepha-dex LH-20及硅胶等柱色谱法对羽芒菊中的化学成分进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱技术(1H-NMR、13C-NMR、DEPT、1H-1H COSY、HSQC、HMBC、ESI-MS、IR)鉴定化合物的结构。结果从中分离鉴定了5个化合物:8,3′-二羟基-3,7,4′-三甲氧基-6-O-β-D-葡萄糖黄酮苷-6″-乙酸酯(Ⅰ)、豆甾醇(Ⅱ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅲ)、邻苯二甲酸二-(2-乙基)己酯(Ⅳ)、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅴ)。结论化合物Ⅰ为新化合物,命名为羽芒菊苷A(trid-procumoside A),化合物Ⅱ~Ⅴ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical composition of Tridax procumbens. Methods The chemical constituents of Plutella xylostella were separated and purified by using Diaion HP-20, MCI-Gel CHP-20, Sephadex LH-20 and silica gel column chromatography. The chemical constituents were identified by 1H-NMR and 13C -NMR, DEPT, 1H-1H COZY, HSQC, HMBC, ESI-MS, IR). As a result, five compounds were isolated and identified as 8,3’-dihydroxy-3,7,4’-trimethoxy-6-O-β-D-glucoside glycoside-6 " (Ⅱ), β-sitosterol (Ⅲ), di- (2-ethyl) hexyl phthalate (Ⅳ) and apigenin -7-O-β-D-glucoside (Ⅴ) Compound Ⅰ was a new compound, named trid-procumoside A, and compounds Ⅱ-Ⅴ were isolated from this plant for the first time.
